Rapid7 Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock by Existing Stockholders

(Nasdaq: RPD), a leading provider of analytics solutions for security and IT operations, announced today the launch of a proposed underwritten public offering of 2,000,000 shares of its common stock. All of the shares are being offered by existing stockholders and Rapid7 will not receive any of the proceeds from the offering.
