Description

runc through 1.0.0-rc8, as used in Docker through 19.03.2-ce and other products, allows AppArmor restriction bypass because libcontainer/rootfs_linux.go incorrectly checks mount targets, and thus a malicious Docker image can mount over a /proc directory.

Solution(s)

  • suse-upgrade-containerd
  • suse-upgrade-containerd-ctr
  • suse-upgrade-docker
  • suse-upgrade-docker-bash-completion
  • suse-upgrade-docker-libnetwork
  • suse-upgrade-docker-runc
  • suse-upgrade-docker-test
  • suse-upgrade-docker-zsh-completion
  • suse-upgrade-golang-github-docker-libnetwork
  • suse-upgrade-runc

With Rapid7 live dashboards, I have a clear view of all the assets on my network, which ones can be exploited, and what I need to do in order to reduce the risk in my environment in real-time. No other tool gives us that kind of value and insight.
