(NASDAQ: RPD) a leading provider of security data and analytics solutions, announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 7,417,500 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $16.00 per share. The number of shares issued at closing included the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase 967,500 additional shares. All of the shares were offered by Rapid7. Rapid7 received approximately $110.4 million in proceeds from the offering, net of underwriting discounts and commissions, but before estimated offering expenses.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Barclays Capital Inc. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
